SALON POLICY

At Crème Skin + Beauty Lounge, I have made the decision not to take booking deposits from my clients, however I do have a cancellation policy.​

By making a booking with Crème Skin + Beauty Lounge you are agreeing

to our cancellation fee & the 24 hour cancellation policy.

Bookings can be made via our FRESHA booking site, or contacting the salon on +61 403631820 or emailing tash@cremeskinandbeautylounge.com for any enquiries.

 FRESHA will take and hold your card on file for payment of any cancellation fees at the time of booking.

To book the time you desire we recommend you book through the booking site, as there will be a delay in response to calls/texts and emails.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice.  If cancellations are made less than the required 24 Hours, a fee of 50% of the appointment will be charged to the card you used when booking.

Any card payment failures will result in an invoice being sent to your mobile number and email.

Failure to make the cancellation payment will result in you being unable to book future appointments at

If you have booked an appointment online and now realise you can not make the appointment, a reminder text & email is sent out 48 hrs prior to your appointment, with a link giving you the opportunity to cancel or reschedule.

Please no Facebook or Instagram messages to cancel any appointments, as I don't get to check socials straight away.
