Late Arrival, Cancellation & Appointment Etiquette

At Crème Skin + Beauty Lounge, I’ve chosen not to take booking deposits, however a cancellation policy is in place to help protect appointment times and ensure fairness for all clients.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee, and no-show appointments are charged at 100% of the service value. A card is held securely at the time of booking for this purpose.

You’ll receive a reminder text and email 48 hours prior to your appointment, with an easy link to reschedule if needed. If something unexpected comes up, please contact me directly by phone or email - social media messages aren’t monitored for cancellations.

To help appointments run smoothly, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened so the next client is not impacted, and the full appointment fee will still apply.

To maintain a calm, safe and relaxing environment, I kindly ask that children who are mobile or likely to move around are not brought to appointments, as this can interrupt your treatment, affect results, and pose safety concerns.

I truly appreciate your understanding and ongoing support,  it allows me to give every client the time, care and attention they deserve.
