Yes - I work primarily with Dr Spiller skincare, a results-driven, skin-health-focused range designed to support and strengthen the skin long term.

Will you recommend products for home care?
Absolutely. Product recommendations are always personalised and based on your skin’s needs. Home care plays an important role in achieving and maintaining results.

Where can I purchase my recommended skincare?

For best results, I recommend purchasing your prescribed skincare directly through me or via my online store. This ensures your products are genuine, suited to your skin, and supported with professional guidance - while also helping support my small business.

What’s the best way to contact you?
As I’m usually with clients during the day, replies to calls can be delayed. Text or email is the best way to reach me, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

How do I book an appointment?
Appointments are booked online via Fresha, a secure and easy-to-use booking platform. You’re also welcome to contact me if you have questions before booking.

I have a gift voucher — how do I book?

Book online and add your voucher code in the notes. A card is required to secure your booking.

If the cancellation policy applies, your voucher may be forfeited and any remaining fee charged if the cancellation amount exceeds the voucher value.

Do you take deposits?
No deposits are required, however a valid card is needed to secure your booking through Fresha.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee, reschedule within 48 hours fee free. 
You’ll receive a reminder 48 hours before your appointment with a reschedule link. No-shows are charged 100%.

What if I’m late?
Late arrivals may have a shortened treatment, with the full fee still applying.

Can I bring my child?
To keep the space calm and safe, children who are mobile or likely to move around can’t be brought to appointments.
